You can choose to send your employees only on those session topics where they need the most development” says Mary Jane Flanagan founder of mjinspire Ltd. “By using accelerated learning techniques, we have designed a series of 90 minute skills sessions which will give delegates a work toolkit and a motivational boost yet still have them back in the workplace by midday.”

These sessions use established and proven leadership and service models, however we also build in the latest research or tools and simplify the complicated. This half day session is highly motivational and interactive, it is suitable for managers, senior leaders and directors.
