mjinspire was founded in 2016, answering the need for practical, relevant, inspiring learning and people strategy delivered by those that have worked as operators and board directors. Having spent several decades in the hospitality, facilities and learning arenas in both the UK and abroad across a range of industries, I realised there was a need for a company that can connect with people at all levels and inspire them and their companies to fulfil their potential.
Recognised by the British Psychological Society with a pragmatic approach I take complex theories and translate them into language that makes sense resulting in behaviours that get tangible results.
Whether keynote speaking, facilitating a board strategy, embedding cultural change or running a training workshop with one of our brilliant associates we aim to Inform, Involve and Inspire.
