Her experience includes more than 12 years as a senior recruitment management consultant after various operational management positions within the contract catering industry.
In addition to heading up the training and development division of a dynamic talent retention company, she has run her own coaching practice and her most recent role was at board level, helping to build a thriving national recruitment business.
